Samantha is an eco-design architect and passionate advocate for children’s connection to nature. With Degrees in Architecture, Construction, and certifications in Permaculture Design and Early Childhood Education, she brings a wealth of expertise in sustainable design to her work. After three years of research, observation, and hands-on experience with the Valley Wildlings (in-house) case study project, Samantha has gathered the tools and knowledge to help you create your own Nature Play program or business.
Her work, including the successful Valley Wildlings project, has shown the profound impact that nature-based play can have on children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Samantha believes in empowering the next generation by creating environments that nurture their natural curiosity and sense of belonging to the world around them. With more than 40 families benefiting from high-quality learning spaces and educators, this community-driven initiative has demonstrated what is possible when people come together for the greater good.
With a focus on the long-term health of both children and the environment, Samantha’s mission is to inspire communities to create lasting, sustainable play spaces that promote connection, well-being and growth.
